Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe

Make a tasty spinach and artichoke recipe from scratch.

1⁄4 onion, chopped
1 bag spinach
1 package of cream cheese
1 can artichokes, drained & chopped
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 1⁄2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

Cook onions and spinach in olive oil until tender. In separate bowl, mix together softened cream cheese and chopped artichokes. Pour in onions and spinach and add Swiss cheese. Stir until combined. Place in baking dish and cook 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
