Here are some Safety Squats with the Bells of Steel SSB.
This is a really nice barbell that you can get in Canada if you’re looking to do safety squats in the gym. I really like the bells of steel brand and I find that every single time that I’ve use the product I’ve been happy with them. This bourbon allows me to do squats after recovering from a pec tear.
