Humans Like Waterfalls?
3
Waterfalls are natural wonders created by the movement of water over a vertical drop. They are formed as a result of erosion or the movement of tectonic plates. The height of waterfalls can range from just a few feet to several hundred meters. Some of the tallest waterfalls in the world include Angel Falls in Venezuela (979 meters), Tugela Falls in South Africa (948 meters), and Iguazu Falls on the Argentina-Brazil border (82 meters). The power of waterfalls can also generate electricity, with hydropower being one of the most common forms of renewable energy.
