Classmates in Public Safety Recruit Basic Course class HAGUPIT and Dinagyang 2023 buddies, PSSG Resurrecion R Aliponso Jr and PCPL Joe Ben Moleño left their "bihon" and "tinapay" on a sari-sari store due to a distress call from a local. As police officers, they rushed into the area where help is needed.

In a nick of time, they arrived. It wasn't a crime scene. It was a call to deliver a baby.

Both police officers are natives of Negros Occidental and graduates of West Negros University in Bacolod City.
