Since the SEMA show in Las Vegas in November of 2018, I have wanted this service cart. The idea of building good quality service carts and adding graphics to them at an affordable price should not be something new, but it is! This service cart weighs in at 365 pounds and taking it apart shows the weight is in the structure. Sunex made this cart with pull to open latches for the drawers so there is no chance of them opening when not intended while moving this cart around. The top drawer has two slides on each side allowing for you to load the easiest drawer on the box to open with 150 pounds of tools.

The total load capacity of the service cart is 800 pounds. The top drawer is rated at 150, 3" tall long drawers are rated at 75 pounds, 5" tall long drawers are rated at 100 pounds, 5" tall short drawers are rated at 75 pounds and the 10" tall short drawer is rated at 150 pounds. The geasable casters are lockable with two that swivel. They are made of a polymer material that is semi-flexible and sturdy.

Assembly of the cart is simple. all that needs to be completed is attaching the handle with 4 bolts. That handle can be mounted on either side and the swivel casters can be moved accordingly.

This has quickly become one of my favorite service carts for obvious reasons. The quality of the service cart is amazing and should work well for many.
