The work of the mindset coach has been a mystery until today. Many people are unsure what I do when I tell them I am a mindset coach.

I would be set back if I didn’t know about this field, let alone pay someone to help me with my mindset. However, the saying you have to see it to believe it is true in this world of mindset coaching.

I love when I work with people who are unsure of the coaching or process, and after the first session, they are shocked and say something like: “ That was better than I thought.”

I chuckle and say in my mind, “ That’s what she said,” but in truth, what I really say to them is, “Imagine what we can do in a month!” The spark is created, and results happen at a rapid rate.
