When Does Life Begin?

Depending where you live, sadly that has become the basis – depending where you live, a baby is a baby from conception, or a baby is a baby when there is the sound of a heart beat, or a baby is a baby at 15 weeks, or – as in New York State – a baby is a baby if the mother and the doctors decide that is a baby that was just born, or to be slain as “it” is being born, or, if “it” survived the partial birth abortion, “It” could be left to die… From the moment of conception, that is a baby in the womb.
