Overhead Press

I am very excited to be working with this movement. I don't exactly know why, but despite my struggling shoulder range at the top of the movement, I feel like I have a natural propensity for strength here.

Last session I lifted 85kg for 4 reps and today I took a step back in weight down to 50kg for multiple sets of plenty of reps to try and better identify and establish form.

Looking forward to the next 5 weeks. I think I cam get a 100kg press in that time.
