Ripping a Blu-ray using the 4k UHD Pioneer Drive (BDR-XD07TUHD) with MakeMKV (14/1/23)

The Pioneer BDR-XD07TUHD Ultra HD 4k Blu-ray drive works with MakeMKV out of the box, on a Mac. No flashing or firmware updates required.

Tested with fully working rips of Dog Soldiers 4k, with Dolby Vision, and with Cowboy Bebop (1998) Blu-ray. Rips are full MKV with no compression and highest quality Audio tracks selected.
