Noita Gameplay - Daily run - Dying for Health

Noita daily run can only be done every 24 hours. Just realized gold disappears and not sure what it's for yet. Maybe some kind of shop later. Continuous health problems. I saw a heart buff and went for it but I ended up blowing myself up for it ='(. I saw a portal but didn't take it.
