China's public Air Raid Shelters,do they exist and does your city offer similar protection ?

War with China are they prepared ?
Hello good people !
In my last video I was queried about the possibility of underground malls being built as bomb shelters.
While it is possible some malls may have shelters in their underground car parks it is not why the are built and not their main purpose as we already have dedicated shelters through our cities ( mine anyway).
Note I am in Fuzhou opposite Taiwan so our infrastructure in regards to being suddenly attacked may be quite different to other parts of China.
