Don't accept bad business deals because you're worried that you won't get a special star by your name like those drivers that take the bad deals.

Teach yourself about yourself. Never stop learning how strong you are. Let no one tell you that you're weak and invaluable. Prove to yourself who you are and how valuable you are.

Their job is to make you think you're WORTH LESS, just hovering above being worthless. Stand tall of what you have built and what you are doing. That's what bosses do.
