BABY pushed on TRAIN TRACK was PREVENTABLE

Portland, OR video has surfaced of a woman randomly pushing a baby onto the Max Light Rail train tracks. Now although it appears the woman will be held without bail, it appears this was preventable as she has a lengthy history and charges mysteriously dropped by the Portland DA and Judge. This goes along with other issues with Oregon's shortage of defense attorneys.
