Styx: Shards of Darkness, Mission 3 - Diplomacy "The Sanctuary"

Sorry to whomever was watching me stream. I had to restart this level 3 times due to a bug that would not allow me to accept a letter, and the game would not restart. Argh! Had to complete the level without some secondary objectives..
