Meet our Special Guest, Randy Chevrier!

The Rubio Method is a light-hearted and funny show on mens' health, led by Chris Rubio with co-host Nick Monaghan. Randy is currently a Canadian Firefighter, 16 year CFL/NFL Vet, Three time Grey Cup Champion and father of three. 
 
This episode opens with the Minute with Monaghan (five healthy habits for your heart during the holiday season, followed by email questions ([email protected]) revolving are having to wear prescription glasses, the passing of Coach Mike Leach and how often Monaghan and Rubio see one another. 
 
The interview segment is a roller coaster of story telling revolving around poutine, Chris Cornell, CFL, handling pressure, being stabbed, overcoming a divorce, how resilience is a learned behavior and the importance of a Christmas tree. 

The final segment of the show is The Bottom Line. This is "all of the stuff you should have learned without even realizing you learned it."
