Dear God,

As we look towards the future, we pray for good health and well-being for ourselves and for those we love. We ask for your protection and guidance as we navigate through the challenges and uncertainties of life.

Grant us the strength and resilience to overcome any obstacles that may come our way, and help us to make wise decisions that will benefit our physical and mental health.

We pray that you would bless us with the resources we need to live healthy and fulfilling lives, and that you would use us to be a blessing to others.

We trust in your loving care and provisions, and give you thanks for all that you have already done for us. In your holy name we pray, Amen.
