The Egyptian Belly Dance styles and costumes are the most recognized worldwide due to the Egyptian and Hollywood cinema - The Folkloric Dance, romanized as Raks/Raas Baladi.
The Belly Dance was created in it's Tribute to Women and their Beauty - it features bodily movements of the arms, handpalms, torso, hips, legs and the feet - in artistic and most feminine ways.

One Thousand and One Nights - in Arabic: أَلْفُ لَيْلَةٍ وَلَيْلَةٌ, ʾAlf Laylah wa-Laylah - s a collection of Middle Eastern folk tales compiled in Arabic during the Islamic Golden Age. It is often mentioned in English language as The Arabian Nights. The earliest mentions of The Nights refer to it as an Arabic translation from a Persian book, Hezār Afsān (aka Afsaneh or Afsana), meaning 'The Thousand Stories'.
