Carl Ganter: Water, Energy, Food, and Climate Change

Carl Ganter, Director and Co-founder of Circle of Blue, is part of the press at World Water Week and he introduces his organisation's newest project Choke Point: China, which looks at the challenge between water and energy in the world's fastest growing economy.
