DAY 6 TEXAS v. ORTIZ: BORDER AGENT SERIAL KILLER TRIAL!

Day 6: of TEXAS v. ORTIZ (I did not cover Day 6): Is the prosecution's strategy hurting their case? The questioning of witnesses appears disjointed and unnecessarily drawn out. Their body cam footage is unimpressive. Their interrogation video of the defendant is horrifyingly dull. Has the prosecution lost the jury? PLEASE don't make us watch the defendant sleep for an hour and a half again!!!
