LABORING FOR GOD AND GOD ALONE

Ephesians 6:5-6 King James Version
5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!! What an amazing Sunday Ricky and I had today! For the first time in I don't know how long, I was able to physically be in God's house, and it was so good to be there! One of the biggest blessings of being physically in God's house is being able to hear live praise and worship, and the best part was we were blessed with a visit from The Katinas!! pastor Joe then continued his sermon out of John chapter 12, and it's a message I highly recommend that you listen to and watch very carefully. Right now, we're relaxing watching Star Wars movies, and very grateful to the Lord for this day.

There was something about these verses of scripture, that not only challenged my heart, but I'll admit they brought back quite a few memories to me. They reminded me so much of how important it is to give everything I have to God, remembering that I'm not doing things just for a paycheck, attention, or that pat on the back, but that I am doing what I do every day for God, and to focus on Him in what I do. I think that's why these questions from this morning's devotional are really stirring my heart tonight, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will challenge your heart through them too.

When have you felt the good you did went overlooked?

How can you practice keeping God at the forefront of your activities?

What I'd like to do right now my friend's, is share some things that God showed me from His Word this morning, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. It's something I pray that not only I'll remember, but learn to put into practice more often. Come join me in this vlog, and learn what it means to labor for God and God alone! 😊

As I close this post for tonight, I pray that you will see that no matter what you do, even with how mundane, boring, tedious, or seemingly unimportant it might be, that God values it, and if you humble your heart before him, God will use you mightily for Him in. Don't seek your own glory, but seek God’s, and allow Him to use you, even in the mundane. Remember that when you choose to focus on serving God, and not seeking attention for yourself, that even when you don't get worldly approval and recognition, God sees what you do, and He will honor it. Yes there may be times that you get overlooked, devalued, or even unappreciated by those around you, but remember God knows what you do, and one day in heaven, you will be rewarded by Him openly! 😊
