What do you do when you have to hire new people sometimes as a small business owner you must remind the people who work for you who is in charge this isn’t about showing off power for the sake of power however employees and managers need to know who’s in charge often times when you leave people unchecked they feel like they’re equals with you in a business setting there has to be a hierarchy of who’s in charge if not you will have problems so sometimes you have to let people know hey I’m in charge you’re gonna respect me as the owner and if the person cannot you let them go. You may have to hire someone else it’s not fun but it is necessary to let certain people go
