Jamieson 100% Complete Multi Vitamin review

On my journey to find the best value multi vitamin I found the Jamieson 100% Complete Multi Vitamin and I am very impressed.

These vitamins have over 100% daily value of most common vitamins and it also contains a good number of minerals as well. These are a one a day pill that makes it easy for most people to remember to take after dinner. These cost me $8.50 for 90 capsules and that is a good deal considering they are one a day. Jamieson makes some good vitamins from my experience
