"Circles, Circles, Circles" Oil on Canvas 16x20 abstract expressionist painting

I had been staring at this canvas for a few hours. I had an idea but it was more an idea. This is what came of that Idea. I think it came out better than the Idea. This was in the vain. By creating a schedule of when I am putting videos out. I am having to be disciplined. There have been a few paintings in the process that for sure have felt forced. This one at first was that way till the color started to flow. This painting then was really easy. You need discipline or you will never get to the end.
