Dr. Nelva Ismaray Ortega Tamayo, wife of Jose Daniel Ferrer García, who's husband is bombarded with tortures, mistreatment, injured by mosquitoes and bacteria, plus almost stripped completely naked, who's visitation rights are constantly violated, accuses mass murderers, criminals and liars Raul Castro and Diaz Canel, of the suffering of her innocent, political prisoner and beloved husband.
