Fall is in the air and it'll be time soon enough for fall bulb planting. It's a bit of a patience game, however, because we'll have to wait until spring to enjoy all those blooms. But when buying bulbs, there are ways to be a bit more budget-conscious, so I'll share some of those tips here.
