Criminals DRAG 12 Year Old Girl In Drive-By Robbery

In NYC, a young girl was just minding her own business when she was approached on the sideway by 2 men on a motorbike. The men proceeded to try and take her necklace while driving away, driving her by the neck. The courageous girl fought back and in an interview she showed the red marks for this brutal attack.
