Deuteronomy 28: Has God Cursed America?

Our nation’s guiding ethos is no longer that of our founding fathers. Our country was founded as a Christian country, but that has changed.

In Deuteronomy 28, God promises certain blessings for Israel if they keep his commandments, but He also promises curses for them if they do not keep his commandments.

The equation is simple: if you honor God, you will be blessed, but if you reject God, you will be cursed. Those specific curses laid out in Deuteronomy 28 present a shockingly close picture of the state of America today.
