Armlocks For Karate. Make Them Work!

There are a number of practical armlocks available in different ranges. Knowing them and being able to make them work against a strong, non-compliant opponent requires one to obey certain key fundamentals. We are looking at these key points today, as well as demonstrating those points using a few available armlocks.
