Kroger Consolidating Food Control

I'm originally from Kansas, i remember Dillons when it was Dillons, then Kroger took control. If you had Dillons stock then, you made a chunk of cash. Don't know if stock splits still give gains, but They been doing this for a long time and it is Not good as far as Control of supply. It may be interesting to look into Who actually Owns and Controls Kroger ??!
