This is the original lyric version of "Voices Carry", that the record company wouldn't release until the lyrics were adapted to a more heterosexual reading.
How times have changed.
When they were, we had the monster MTV smash with its epic video.
But this original version was how it was written - Aimee says it is meant to be seen as a man singing to a girl.
But with her powerful vocal it can be seen as something very different.
A super performance, with Aimee only recently having left her earlier punk period, and looking very different.
