Magnetic Torque in a Balanced Aluminum Pan Boat with N52 Neos 2

This seems to be the point of contention with the experts on satellite design and physics students of mechanics.

This is not proof but is pretty curious and not addressed anywhere that I have seen accept with some documentation for cube satellites where it is clearly stated that magnetorquers make the satellite rotate at its COM.

Any comments are welcome and hoped for.
