I make fried puffball mushroom fillets, and pear glazed fritters out of the leftover batter. Since I don't like to do a whole lot of dishes I made it all out of disposable baggies! Just toss it in the trash and clean up is done! This is an absolutely delicious way to cook fresh puffball mushrooms!
