Amanda Malpas, Joshua George and Austin Stevens

first responders found Amanda Malpas with a heroin needle in her arm holding her newborn child that was gasping for air. MCSO says they believe Amanda Malpas was using heroin and other drugs throughout her entire pregnancy and gave herself a large dose of heroin during labor.
Joshua Wayne George, 30, was arrested and arraigned on numerous felony charges related to the death of Oliver George.
Austin Stevens, of Lower Providence Township, is accused of anally raping baby Zara Scruggs, who died hours after the incident
