KERCH BRIDGE ATTACKED BUT PUTIN'S OPTIONS ARE SEVERELY RESTRICTED: What happened on Day 227

The Kerch bridge has been attacked, but Putin has already played his cards. What can he do at this point? Is this enough to escalate to nuclear weapons? The international community probably won't think so. If he does nothing, what will happen to him then. The attack on the bridge has shown Russia's weak underbelly.
