Richard's Disposal is pulling out of the city after it has not been paid over $4 Million dollars over the last 6 months. I ask the question, are you tired of this crap yet? No water, no garbage pick-up and record breaking homicides under the Chokwe Antar Lumumba administration, just to name a few of the disasters under his watch.
