Russian Federation Council Finalizes Accession of New Regions into Country

03.010.22 - The upper chamber of the Russian parliament has ratified unification treaties with the Donetsk and Lugansk Republics as well as the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, finalizing the legal side of the ascension process.

The treaties were ratified in the State Duma yesterday, and were originally signed by president Vladimir Putin last week. #RT
