ALERT - Irrigation Districts Have 1st Lien Position!!!!

The Kennewick irrigation district has 25,000+ residents that they service within their district.
I recently found out that somehow, during the sale of a home and without full disclosure, they take first lien position where they can actually impose any fees they want or charges, including remodeling and renovations and bill it back to the residents without a contract. This is...

Unconstitutional.
Null and void.
Cancelable.
Unenforceable.

I urge everyone to check and see if this is the case if they have irrigation on their land. Or should I say, their land? you don’t really own the land if they hold first lien position.
