Florida Gov. DeSantis says Hurricane Ian is causing a '500-year flood event'

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis says now-tropical storm Ian is causing a 500-year-flood event. That means there's a one-in-500 chance of it happening in a given year. When Ian finally exits Florida, it will have dumped as much as 30 inches of rain in some areas.
