ES & NQ Futures GLOBEX Session Preparation

Today the ES and NQ both failed to break previous day's range on Jerome's Fed Speak. Now liquidating into the close. Initially ran stops from the overnight selloff but then ran buy the dip stops only to balance most of the day. Very typical summertime moves. Right now breaking balance at the close and potentially looking for the next leg lower.
