This video was shot in Weymouth, Dorset, England on 07/04/1998 and has now been stabilized and restored, (on behalf of BEAMS - The British Earth and Aerial Mysteries Society), because the original version was so shaky; originally, it was difficult to even see the object properly, but this stabilization has now helped to improve its viewability.
