09/16/2022 5 rounds 1 minute work, 1 minute rest. 1 lap farmers carry followed by 10 kettlebell swings, then pushups to finish the minute. Then 5 rounds, 1 minute work, 1 minute rest. 5 lat pulldowns followed by 10 pushups, then side jump to finish the minute.
