Is that an adjustable entry door peep hole?

I come across some crazy stuff that makes my job fun. Like this multi-directional peep hole. Do you think it's made for kids to look at adults coming in? or for adults to look at kids at the outside? I don't know how 2 tall people are going to see anything. :)

I inspect pool and spas for any defects, recommend upgrades, and test equipment. Remember, all underground plumbing needs a camera for inspection, a standard home inspection can not examine underground plumbing. Upgrade the inspection to use a sewer cam if the property is over about 20 years old.
