The IRON CROSS! My Progression

I've been working on the "Iron Cross Hold" on and off for the past 2 years. And after a long break i finally decided to record my progression.

I made this video to "check" my current "level", using rubber bands and a made up "Level system"
1-10 (10 is the Real Iron Cross Hold)

Since im no Gymnast or a Pro, im watching other peoples videos on the internet and trying to figure out a "Training Routin" to achive the hold.

I'll upload once a week of new or diffrent training ideas or routines.
Once every month i'll show you guys if there has been any improvments.
