Switzerland Proposes Jail For Heating Your House!

Switzerland has proposed putting people in jail for up to 3 years for heating their house above 19 degrees Celsius (66 degrees Fahrenheit) if they are forced to ration gas this winter, which of course they almost certainly will end up doing. How has European society fallen so far so fast where heating your home to even a reasonable temperature means going to jail?
