In this video I address the fourth and final archetype of Our Shadow Side. This is the final video for this series however I will be working on the shadow side throughout my videos as I have purchased some additional tools to name more specifically other archetypes and/or aspects that fall under the four discussed in this series. Please see my prior videos on this series to understand what each one is, its shadow aspects and its healed aspects. When you work on these woundings, you heal them therefore no longer behaving, reacting, or driving patterns that continuously show up in our lives only to play themselves out and you ending up with the same dead end nowhere results. I hope you enjoy the series of videos on this topic. Its important to work on these wounds, feeling, because there is a direct link between unhealed wounds, trauma, etc., that if not healed will break down our bodies and our bodies will take on a disease of one kind or another.
