Brazil pumped as emperor’s HEART arrives

The embalmed heart of emperor Pedro I, who declared independence for Brazil, returned to the South American nation as the country prepares to celebrate its bicentennial. The heart contained in a golden reliquary arrived from Portugal in a Brazilian Air Force plane.
