2-04 ~ Fogwood (Original Composition) ~ Year 1: Beginnings

Feel free to use my music in your video/project, as long as I'm credited! This is a fairly simple one, but that's because it was created by my mind overnight...

It all happened when I was having a dream one night. I was on a steep rock that shaped to a point overlooking a beach. There were stairs chiseled on each side, and at the bottom of the right staircase led a dirt path that split down the beach or into a foresty area. in this area, some soft guitar music would play along with wind but I can't remember it. I've been here multiple times, but this is the only time I actually remember it. This time, I entered the foresty area instead of going down to the beach.

Upon entering, a thick fog covered the area. It was dark and flat like a mix between the Wooded Kingdom in Mario Odyssey and Slender without the creepy vibe. There were huge bugs along the entryway wall, and opposite that was what looked like a sunset, a big glowing yellow flare.

That's just the atmosphere, what's crazy is that this very track you're listening to is what I heard in this area! As soon as I woke up I started humming the tune, and quickly composed it in Soundcamp. I finished what I started after school, and the tune was officially constructed from my mind's eye!... Or something like that.
