65 °C/149°F - 60 min - Temperature
75 °C/167°F - 10 min - Mash Out

252 g/8.88oz - Carapils 3 EBC (5%)
151 g/5.32oz - Melanoidin 70 EBC (3%)

60 min - 19 g/0.67oz - Centennial - 8.5% (17 IBU)
10 min - 20 g/0.70oz - Amarillo - 9.2% (8 IBU)
10 min - 20 g/0.70oz - Centennial - 8.5% (8 IBU)
5 min - 20 g/0.70oz - Amarillo - 9.2% (6 IBU)

15 min hopstand @ 80 °C/ 176°F
15 min - 30 g - Amarillo - 9.2% (3 IBU)
