A civilian building reportedly shelled in Alchevsk, LPR

There are reports of 1 death and 13 injuries so far.

Alchevsk is located approximately 45 kilometres from the oblast capital, Lugansk. Alchevsk is one of the largest industrial centers in the Donbas, and comprises a quarter of the entire oblast's production.
