Richard Cox aka "Rich Cox" serves as the Executive Director of Team Unity, Inc; a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization that supports and advocates for Multicultural Education/Education Equality nationwide--but most notably in the New York City Metropolitan Areas. This includes but not limited to endorsing strategies and materials throughout the education system that were developed to assist facilitators when responding to the many issues created by the rapidly changing demographics of their student populations; therefore creating inclusive learning environments.

Richard personally endorses the educational curriculum that incorporate knowledge about the histories, cultures, and contributions of diverse groups, and he assumes that the future of all societies are pluralistic. As part of this public charity; Richard promotes cultural criticism in decision-making and critical thinking while moving toward pluralism.
